About You
You are detail-obsessed, visually disciplined, and take pride in making work feel polished, clear, and intentional. You care about typography, spacing, hierarchy, and the small details most people overlook. You enjoy turning ideas into clean, well-structured visual communication- whether that’s a presentation, a social asset, or a production file.
You are early in your career and eager to grow. You want to learn how great creative is built, from execution to storytelling, and you’re motivated by improving your craft every day.
Specifically, you:
- Have 1–3 years of design, production, or creative support experience
- Have strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual organization
- Experience building clean, clear, well-structured presentations and visual stories
- Have strong time-management skills and can work across multiple projects with ease
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Are coachable, curious, and growth-minded
- Bring a positive, team-first attitude
- Have desire to grow within a creative environment
About the Job
As a Graphic / Production Designer, you will support the Creative team in bringing ideas to life across presentations, social, digital, print, and more. This is a foundational creative role focused on execution, storytelling, and visual clarity.
You will play an important role in ensuring work is polished, on-brand, and
production-ready, while developing your craft and expanding into broader creative thinking over time.
In this role, you will provide:
Creative Support & Execution
- Design and produce client deliverables across social, digital, print, and presentations
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and sizes
- Ensure files are clean, organized, and production-ready
- Support brand consistency across all work
Presentation & Storytelling Design
- Build clear, visually compelling presentation decks for internal and client use
- Help translate ideas into structured visual narratives
- Maintain strong hierarchy, clarity, and visual flow in storytelling materials
Production & Craft
- Prepare final files for production and delivery
- Maintain accuracy in layout, typography, spacing, and alignment
- Support Creative team with revisions, resizing, and execution needs
Tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Google Slides / PowerPoint
- Canva
- Social + Video Production (a plus)
- Figma (a plus)
