Tech Knowledge Associates is a California-based healthcare technology management company that partners with hospitals and healthcare facilities to maintain their equipment and manage costs. When they came to us, they had little in the way of brand identity and an outdated website. TKA tasked Dotted Line with providing brand clarity and a brand refresh.
We started with a series of focus groups and interviews to gather intel and data about both the company and the industry. Through that research, we found that TKA is regarded for having a higher level of expertise than many of its competitors. We repositioned the company’s identity and designed new marketing materials around the message “Partner smart.” We provided the company with a new web presence and content that better explained its value proposition.
