Specifically, you:
- Have 8-12 years of experience in project management within a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
- Are fluent in leading multi-channel projects with moving parts and multiple stakeholders.
- Excel at building visibility into timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Are highly skilled in Asana (or a similar project management system).
- Have experience managing and developing other project managers or agency process professionals.
- Are motivated by efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where priorities shift and progress is key.
About the Job
As Dotted Line’s Senior Project & Resource Lead, you’ll serve as the agency’s central delivery lead—ensuring projects move efficiently, teams stay aligned, and clients feel confident every step of the way. You’ll be a key lead for the agency’s project management, drive workflow optimization, and assist with resource planning across teams. Acting as the connective tissue between teams, you’ll help Dotted Line deliver work that is both creatively excellent and operationally sound.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of complex, integrated projects from kickoff through completion— ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability at every stage.
- Maintain visibility into all active projects, tracking status, risks, and resourcing needs.
- Drive agency process excellence by standardizing agency workflow and documentation within Asana.
- Champion time tracking and project reporting to inform forecasting and profitability.
- Lead resourcing meetings, balancing workloads and anticipating upcoming needs.
- Manage onboarding and integration for new talent to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Coach and mentor project managers to build delivery discipline and leadership confidence.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements that reduce friction and enhance delivery speed.
- Model calm, proactive communication and trust-based collaboration across all teams.
Desired Experience
- Proven experience leading complex creative or marketing projects.
- Strong knowledge of agency operations, resource planning, and project budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A balance of analytical and empathetic leadership—able to motivate and mentor teams while maintaining accountability.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
